Parents' Peace of Mind

We seek to rent only to grads during Ocean City Senior Week(s).
Provide an experienced Security Walking Patrol from 7pm to 4am daily.
Require all guests to provide identification and emergency contact information.
Enforce Ocean City's ordinances and laws to help ensure your graduate's safety and well-being.
Permit only registered guests on The Burgundy Inn, Homestead & Stonehaven properties.
Supply wristbands to our guests as proof of residency during the week.

Always have an incredible stay here. The apartments and rooms have old OC charm whilst being in a central location. I stay at the Burgundy because I want the cozy, historic, original feel of the town. Walk down the block to the boardwalk, or cross over the main road depending which rooms you book. No issues with facilities, rooms were clean and had everything we needed. Pool is cute and adequate for size of hotel. Staff always friendly and responsive, constantly asking if we needed anything. Got 2 parking passes for a group of 10 but street parking never an issue. Perfect for a week away with friends, senior week, or a simple weekend away.

Another great stay at the Burgundy Inn. Been coming here for the past 3 years now with a group of my close friends. Really appreciate the friendliness of all employees - from the desk attendant at check-in, to the pool staff, housekeeping, and Megan the gm! DAMAGE DEPOSIT
Security deposit is refunded based on the condition of the room. Damages and excessive housekeeping charges will be taken from the security deposit, and remaining balance will be refunded. If room is left as it was found, security deposit will be refunded in full. Security deposit refunds will be mailed by check 10-14 days after check-out. Security desposit is $50 per person. Cancellation Policy
Reservations can be cancelled up to 30 days before arrival for a full refund of the amount paid. Cancellations made less than 30 days before arrival will receive a refund of 50% of the amount paid. Reservations cancelled less than 72 hours before the check-in date are non-refundable.
